We believe in making things easier for you, as well as less expensive. We'll pick you up in one of our clean, comfortable, environmentally-friendly vans, and drop you off at the Charlotte airport terminal. At the conclusion of your trip, we'll pick you up at baggage claim and take you wherever you need to go in the Columbia area.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged at the time your reservation is made. You will be provided a receipt upon request via email. Tipping the driver is optional, but always appreciated. Sharing your positive CCS experience with others is also appreciated.   

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are no problem, and a full refund will be given. Please note that emails and voicemails are not considered cancellations. If your flight is canceled or re-routed to another airport, you will also receive a full refund. All other travel circumstances, including flight delays, are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that just as certain travel delays are not your fault, they are not our fault either.
