I can't thank you enough for providing such an excellent service. I appreciate your regular calls to her prior to picking her up, confirming her schedule, being timely, being so kind to her on the commute…but I cannot believe that you waited through all those awful storms to take her home! I talked to her around midnight on Sunday and she said she was still on the tarmac, but you had just called and were waiting for her. Little did I know that it would be a couple of hours later before she got off the plane!! I'm so sorry you had to wait... ...Sarah has done a good bit of traveling, but this was her first plane trip alone, and of course we were concerned about a number of things…but I am ever so grateful for your professionalism and courtesy (and patience…) We told her to give you a great tip, which I understand was all of her cash ($10)- I guess that is a lot of cash for a college student...
