HOW DOES YOUR 10-PACK WORK?

You can receive a 20% discount when you purchase 10 one-way rides at once. We will create an account for you and deduct a credit each time you use our service. You can purchase a 10-pack online or over the phone. After you have purchased the 10-pack, you can book your trips online by choosing "book with a 10-pack credit". Credits are good for five years.   

SHOULD I TIP MY SHUTTLE DRIVER?

Tipping is not required but is customary. Most passengers choose to tip their driver. We can even put the tip on your credit card if you prefer.    

AM I ABLE TO BRING MY PETS?

We are unable to transport pets and apologize for any inconvenience. We do however allow the transportation of service animals.

Some passengers make reservations months in advance. Since we are first-come, first-served, it is important that you make a reservation as far in advance as possible. We can only guarantee you a seat on the shuttle once you have purchased your seat. 

ARE THERE BAGGAGE RESTRICTIONS?

No, however, we need to know at the time of the reservation how much luggage you will have, as well as any oversized items, such as golf clubs. 

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are no problem, and a full refund will be given. Please note that emails and voicemails are not considered cancellations. If your flight is canceled or re-routed to another airport, you will also receive a full refund. All other travel circumstances, including flight delays, are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that just as certain travel delays are not your fault, they are not our fault either. All reasonable efforts will be made to facilitate your travel plans as quickly and safely as possible.  

WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Columbia Charlotte Shuttle requires payment in full at the time of booking. We want to make this process as simple as possible, so we offer online and over-the-phone payment options. We accept all major credit cards. 

WHERE WILL I BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF IN COLUMBIA?

We service the Columbia metropolitan area and typically pick up and drop off right at your door. However, if you are outside our service area we have convenient pick up points where we can meet you. Please call or email to discuss.
